Darkness in
the daytime
somehow suits
my mood
Frozen anger
from the clouds
pelt sore
and tender skin
bone
grinding pain and leather flesh
Trudging
through a forest where the only bloom
smells like
rotting flesh
and seduces
flies
Silence but
for cars that belch pollution
somehow suits
my mood
Trotting
feet on crunching leaves
refuse to
leave my sight
muscles warm
and pain subsides
Lolling
tongue and laughing eyes
have somehow
changed my mood
